The rapid circulation of blood circulation within the brain is called stroke. Our brain cells are extremely sensitive. If there is a problem of oxygen supply then these cells get damaged. The parts that control the body get paralyzed because of stroke. How to Prevent Stroke? Healthy foods: To prevent brain stroke, eat healthier nutritious foods. Consumption of saturated fats such as animal oil, egg red part, ghee, butter or any type of oil that will be eaten is reduced. Instead, vegetables and fruits will eat more than that. Polyunsaturated fat, such as Soybean oil can be eaten. Fish and fish oils are also beneficial. Antioxidants such as Vitamin-C, E, and beta-carotene-rich foods reduce the risk of stroke. Healthy Weight: Healthy weight should be maintained for preventing brain stroke. For this, exercise should be practiced daily. If there is diabetes then blood sugar has to be in control. Make a routine of walking on a daily basis. Stop smoking: To prevent any stroke, quit smoking. Smoking leads to a severe stroke due to blood vessels. Alcohol is also as dangerous as anything for a brain stroke. Systematic living: It is possible to get rid of deadly stroke by living a healthy life in a systematic way. Leave all the tensions and live a happy life to avoid the risk of stroke.
